No, you definitely can. Whether it makes sense to is left up to being subjective, but emotions are emotions. We're all still human. Okay, most of us are human, but we all have emotions and the capability of being jealous. It's not a crime.

Emotions might not be criminal but I sure wish I could turn a whole lot of them off sometimes.

Emotions are what makes us us. Emotions makes us a whole sight different from psychopaths and sociopaths. Sure, it sucks sometimes, but without pain we can't have pleasure. Without sadness, we can't have joy. No turning them off when it's convenient.

There's never anything but just pain left. There has to be something somewhere that makes you smile. Even if it's just seeing a puppy trying to roll over from it's back, there's always a brighter side to things.

Sometimes for me, that means being able to clock out and go home. Other times it means being able to find happiness in someone else's joy. You just have to look.

No. I don't believe that. I've seen what people think is nothing left. There's always something. If you can't see it now, you'll find it later. You just have to be open to the possibility of it happening.

I was there once. I swore it would never happen again. That I didn't deserve anything more because I made all the wrong moves. It was years later that I realized I was wrong, but wrong about never having it. I found the other side. Whatever makes you think you have nothing left? I'm not seeing it inside you. Give yourself a second chance.
